With all our projects we start by seeking knowledge, and our research is not limited to an understanding of the market, the brand and the competition; we make sure we know everything there is to know about government packaging design regulations, Food & Drug Administration (FDA) requirements and any legal restraints and conditions that may apply.
Whilst fully aware of any graphic limitations resulting from the packaging material, we are always looking to push the boundaries – we firmly believe that really effective packaging design which breaks away from the standard conventions will give the final product that vital advantage at point-of-sale. We constantly ensure that we keep up to date with new packaging technology to allow us to recommend new materials and new formats to clients.

Font styles are carefully crafted and illustrations or photographic images meticulously integrated into the finished pack to reflect these criteria; in particular we have great skills and expertise in photo shooting, creating montages and retouching. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and strive for a perfect balance between copy and imagery. Importantly, we always ensure that our designs meet all legal requirements.
At first stage presentation we always provide 3D mock ups so that clients can really visualize the result and we fully test the mock up to ensure it will be production-efficient.
Graphic design is often spoken of as “organizing information to be visually appealing” Packaging design is, perhaps, the most challenging area to achieve this but we believe that we bring imagination, creativity and inspiration to all our design work, without ever losing sight of the clients’ needs to be commercially effective.
