The Healthcare Unit operates Country teams throughout Asia, and as part of its internal communications strategy, holds Workshops on an annual basis, rotating venues throughout its main office bases. January 2013 was the turn of Bangkok, and Asia Media Studio (AMS), Bangkok’s leading Creative Design Agency, was asked, at fairly short notice, to design, develop and produce a raft of materials to internally promote and support this event. High impact visuals and hard-hitting headlines were the main objectives, as DKSH was intent on motivating its key personnel to embark on an aggressive program of customer expansion.
In response to the brief, AMS created the DKSH “Booster” medicine pack that was used as the central visual theme to communicate key messages. In addition, AMS proposed a Headline banner, “Raising the Bar” and visually developed the acronym D.A.R.E. (Develop… Acquire… Retain… Expand) that encapsulated the theme of the event.
These elements were then incorporated into a wide range of promotional items. Different sized “Booster” packs were produced, including one huge 200 by 150 by 80 cm version for the stage backdrop, together with a video, posters, banners, T-shirts and a prize giving trophy. Critically, the full complement was delivered in full in only one week from concept approval – AMS prides itself on professional and timely solutions and once again, the agency delivered, to the great satisfaction of the client!
